1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volume, processing may be delayed slightly, and we will notify you via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier partner, or external conditions such as weather or strikes

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions
  • Any applicable charges will be clearly mentioned before payment completion

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner details
  • Tracking link via email or SMS

You can use this information to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across most serviceable PIN codes in India.
If your location is not serviceable, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

6. Delays in Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or logistics issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters or strikes
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Karigarx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect address details
  • Additional charges may apply if re-shipping is required

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order details and clear images (if applicable)
  • We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on your location and order value
  • Additional COD charges may apply (if applicable)
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for suspicious orders
