Return & Exchange

At Karigarx, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return & exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices are intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Accessories (if specified as non-returnable on product page)
  • Items returned after the return window period

3. Exchange Process

If you want to exchange a product:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order details and reason for exchange
  3. Our team will arrange a pickup (if available in your area)
  4. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement product

Exchange is subject to stock availability.


4. Return Process & Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • COD refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), return shipping is free
  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may be deducted or borne by the customer

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • We will prioritize replacement or refund after verification

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery (if eligible)

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider (it may take some time)
  • If still unresolved, contact us for assistance
